Marketing suite complete at Welwyn Grange

We've now completed the full marketing suite which includes 4 bedrooms, main lounge/dining room, quiet lounge, reception & cafe. The interior design gives a luxury yet homely feel and each room has been individually designed, including specialist lighting, coffer ceilings, wall panelling and bespoke fitted joinery package. We can't wait to start the full fitout soon!

Welwyn Garden City project site visit

We had a full walk round and review of the interior spaces, ready for the fitout & install in early spring next year. What an incredibly tidy and well maintained site, probably the best I have ever seen! Excited to get this building fully furnished and ready for its lovely residents. It comprises 4 floors, 90 en-suite bedrooms & 13 top floor bedroom suites, each with a kitchenette, dining area, lounge, bedroom & en-suite.

Queenshill new builds almost complete

We are almost ready to install the fitout in north Leeds for Leeds Jewish Housing and the buildings are coming together! The accommodation provides sheltered housing apartments, with communal reception, cafe, meeting room and open plan lift lobby seating areas.

St. Marys Riverside Care home build in Hessle

The site is progressing well, with roof almost complete and will be ready to start our full interior design turnkey fitout in late Autumn. We will be completing two marketing show bedrooms in Sept for residents and families to see how the final fitout will look. Can't wait to start installing this one!

Fitout complete at LJHA refurbishment project

Sheila Saunders Lawn building is a sheltered housing complex and my second of four projects for LJHA. Full interior design, costings, project management and installation. We transformed this previously unloved lounge, dining room and conservatory into a communal open plan space, removing the internal corridor wall and introducing biophilic greens into the garden room. In the lounge we added taupe and gold for a rich warming feel, with IT desk and feature fireplace. The dining room is lilac and silver for a clean fresh look. I also designed the first floor quiet area, with bridge card table/seating & second floor quiet seating area with bookcase.
Fitout at Sycamores Care Home in Wakefield

Preview of our latest full interior design, project management and fitout at Sycamores Care Home in Wakefield, a 16 bed new build scheme for Burlington Care. We completed the full fitout on Friday, which included 4 bespoke bedroom schemes, corridors and 2 Lounge/Dining room schemes. Having 4 different bedrooms gives new residents choices in bedroom selection and helps people with dementia and failing eyesight to differentiate between rooms more easily. The Living/Dining room opens to a lovely patio area, so we used fresh greens/beige with splashes of gold, to bring the greenery of the garden in. These colours are know to be calming and relaxing.

This is our fourth interior design project for Burlington Care and features 54 en-suite bedrooms, 7 suites, garden Lounges, main Lounges, dining rooms, reception with cafe, hair & beauty salon and themed quiet areas. There will be a mixed care type including residential and dementia care. The project is due to hand over at the end of this year and we are currently working on the architectural space planning, M&E layouts and mood board designs.
St. Marys care home completed!

Preview of our latest care home interior design installation. St. Marys is a 26 bed extension scheme in Hull for Burlington Care. We completed the architectural interior design including full building CAD layouts from hand drawn architects plans, space planning, interior specification, M&E interior design layouts and fitout on site. Here is the Cafe Lounge, a luxurious yet homely feel incorporating coffer ceilings, feature fireplace and bespoke bookcases. More photos to follow!
Albion Mill care complex finally complete!

After 3.5 years of working on this amazing scheme, this week we have completed the interior fitout for VVHC! Here is the Cafe/Lounge with library mezzanine above, being laid out. Set over 5 floors, this large scheme incorporates 109 beds, including 50 extra care apartments, 24 dementia care apartments & 35 intermediate care en-suite bedrooms. The site was previously home to Albion Mill, an iconic landmark on the Blackburn skyline. Communal rooms include TV Lounges, Mezzanine Library/coffee area, Café, English Tea Room and a large open plan Reception.
Bessingby Hall extension complete

We have just completed a full architectural interior design scheme for Bessingby Hall near Bridlington, on behalf of Burlington Care. This included bespoke M&E, furniture, decoration & flooring layouts and comprised 17 en-suite bedrooms, communal lounge, garden room, reception, library area and corridors.
Twelve Trees Care Home refurbishment Phase 2 completed!

Yesterday we finished our interior design refurbishment, with the first & second floors. This included a lounge, dining room, corridors and seating areas. Twelve Trees director Simon Mills posted "Final phase of our refurbishment is now complete, the residents and staff love it! Fabulous job Hiedi our talented interior designer and all the hard working contractors in difficult circumstances. Amazing!"
Three interior design projects for Burlington Care

We have been appointed as architectural interior designer for 3 projects with Burlington Care. St. Marys, Anlaby (26 bed extension), Bessingby Hall Bridlington (17 bed extension), and The Sycamores Wakefield (16 bed extension). We will be providing full architectural space planning, M&E interior design layouts, mood boards, fitout schedules, project management and installation. Our first fitout completion will be Bessingby Hall in Oct, photos to follow!

Delighted to have been chosen as the interior designer for a 104 bed care complex in Welwyn Garden City. The client is Ardale and architect is Condy & Lofthouse Ltd. The building design incorporates 4 floors, 91 beds & 13 care suites. Care types will include residential, nursing, dementia and assisted living.

Interior design underway for Queenshill Avenue care facility for LJHA

We are progressing our affordable housing scheme for Leeds Jewish Housing Association in north Leeds. The buildings comprises 85 new properties including 51 sheltered housing apartments for over 55's and 34 general needs apartments. Construction has now started on site and is expected to take 18 months to complete. This includes our architectural interior design work for both buildings, as well as two refurbishment interior design projects for their existing stock of properties.
Bramhall Manor Care Home for McGoff Construction

Our fourth interior design project for McGoff Construction and the completion of Bramhall Manor care home. This home incorporates dementia, residential, nursing and respite care. We completed the electronic interior design including CAD layouts, Room data sheets, fitout sheets and interior electrical layouts including M&E.
