"Sky Bar" at Timken Grange, Duston for Oakdale Cares Homes
Project Description
Privately commissioned by Oakdale Care Group to re-design the 2nd floor Quiet Room into a bespoke " Sky Bar". This room was chosen to enable residents and visitors to enjoy a cocktail overlooking the beautiful landscaped gardens.
We designed 2 schemes and Oakdale chose a contemporary "cocktail" chic design, which included a corner Bar Area with bar stools, bespoke display shelving, dining style seating and a relaxed sofa area. Gold and black were chosen to reflect a chic almost bygone bar, yet modern retro feel, with feature wall uplighters, ceiling lights and floor lamp, cocktail shakers and bespoke furnishings.
