LJHA Sheila Saunders Lawn, sheltered housing refurbishment
Project Description
Before & after photos of todays fitout at Leeds Jewish Housing Association, Sheila Saunders Lawn building. A sheltered housing complex and my second of four projects for LJHA. Full interior design, costings, project management and installation.
We transformed this previously unloved lounge, dining room and conservatory into a communal open plan space, removing the internal corridor wall and introducing biophilic greens into the garden room (blinds & lighting still to come). In the lounge I added taupes and golds for a rich warming feel, with IT desk and feature fireplace. The dining room is lilac and silver for a clean fresh look. I also designed the first floor quiet area, with bridge card table/seating & second floor quiet seating area with bookcase.
