Formby Manor Care Home in Formby, Liverpool for Newcare and Mcgoff Construction

We were asked to produce the electronic interior design including CAD layouts, Room data sheets, fitout sheets and interior electrical layouts.
This state of the art £15 million, 76 bed care facility will offer residential, nursing and specialist dementia care.
Facilities include well-appointed Bedrooms, all with en-suite Wet Rooms, several stylish Lounges, elegant Dining Rooms, Spa Assisted Bathrooms, Hair Salon and nail bar and Reception with Coffee Area.
The building is due to open early 2019 and will create 80 jobs.
